Dedicating Tuesday to St. Anne
St. Anne obtains favors for you when you dedicate Tuesday in her honor. The Blessed Virgin Mary revealed to some Saints that she wished them to hold special devotion to her mother on Tuesdays.
An Ancient tradition says that when St. Anne was about to die, Our Lord said this: “Blessed art thou, My beloved grandparent! All who venerate thee shall have blessings.”
St. Anne is greatly pleased when you attend Mass and receive Holy Communion in her honor on Tuesdays and offer it to God thanking Him for the special privileges given to her. Also it gives her great joy if we give alms on Tuesday that are in her honor.
Of course this month is St. Anne’s Feast Day which is July 26th and you can choose to pray the Hail Mary nine times to honor the nine months that she carried the Immaculate Virgin Mary in her womb, or pray a novena,(a prayer said for nine days), prior to her feast day.
