Happy Belated New Year! This Friday is our 2nd Campfire Rosary of the year. Our January rosary took place on the first night in 2 weeks that was cold. The temperature dropped that night after mild days. This Friday will be another good night for a campfire. And it's always a good time for prayer.
We started January with the Joyful Mysteries and Pro-Life intentions since January is a month that feature the walks for Pro-Life. I hope some of you participated in our diocese's Pro-Life activities.
Thank you to all the new participates that we've had at the last few campfires. It's good to see more people coming and joining our monthly rosary. If you've never come to the campfires, don't be afraid to stop by. Everyone is welcome. You can sit quietly and just pray with us. Or you can help with the prayers. We try to read different meditations on the mysteries each month, so you may hear something that speaks to your heart.
So, come and spend about 30 minutes with your fellow parishioners as we walk with Mary through the life of Jesus. Come and make new friends. You may enjoy yourself and want to come back again and again. And that would be great.
